A word from the Chairman….
A vision for thousands of years……
All human beings are equal before the law of nature. Some must follow, some must command though all are made of clay with a lease of life. Nobody is born big or small. In a composite world of ours, made up of almost every variety of the human family, there should be, as before the law, no rich, no poor, no high, no low, no black, no white, but a common destiny for all. Therefore, our vision has to be for thousands of years.
An entrepreneur is essentially is essentially a visualizer and an actualizer. He can visualize and when he visualizes he sees exactly how to make it happen.
All human beings are born, live, suffer and die. What distinguishes us from another is our dreams and vision. It is a constant and different effort that breaks down resistance and sweeps away all obstacles. We do not choose to be born. We do not choose our parents. We do not choose our historical epoch, the country of our birth nor do we choose the time and place of our birth. But we can choose how to live.
Human being is a goal-seeking animal. His life only has a meaning if he is reaching out and striving for his goals. A gem can not be polished without the friction, nor man perfected without trials. Hoping for success without hard work is like trying to harvest without planting.
Economics and technology have no meaning except for the person that they serve. And this person is the master of his own acts. His worth can be judged by his own advancement which needs to be in tune with the nature given to him by the creator.
We are all here for a purpose. We do not run a company for material gains only but at the same time we need a company to work for. I believe a company has to be planned for a thousand years; family and country have to be planned for thousands of years. The creator did not create any body big or small. It is only we humans who have brought about this stratification of class and colour.
We should not believe in such differences but only follow our dreams and vision. I have a dream and immense determination to make it come true, not for material gains only but because it is our duty. Therefore, I am not a Director of this company but a worker as all of us.
